Settlement Administrator

The role involves a number of tasks per the list below:

  • Review of daily transaction files
  • Review of daily settlement files
  • Entry of daily settlement journals into accounting system
  • Tracking of settlement account deposits and analysis of scheme invoices
  • Fielding calls from customers querying settlement amounts
  • Billing and investigating of chargebacks
  • Review of transaction alerts
  • Merchant onboarding
  • AML/KYC checklist completion

Key skills required for the role include:

  • Competency with excel and other MS office products
  • Ability to communicate clearly over the phone and email
  • Ability to analyse data and transactions
  • Good attention to detail

The working hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. to cover the working day in Australia, salary will be negotiated.
